Yes, with Artisan Outdoor lighting you will receive a professional job taking every opportunity to ensure you are happy.  We use safe and efficient equipment including the use of voltmeters and amp probes for optimal performance.  We have maintenance plans and warranties for your continued satisfaction and guarantee.  Most systems are configured to automatically turn on and off, however we provide manual and remote controls as well.  Our staff is courteous and highly trained at a variety of different lighting installations.  We are happy to answer any questions or address any challenges you may encounter throughout the life of your landscape lighting.

Most of the time, we come in after the landscaping, pools, walkways and decks have been completed. If lighting has the highest priority, lighting planning can be done before landscaping even starts. We will work with you whichever way is best for your particular needs.

After your consultation, we will discuss and set a date.  Then work consecutive days to ensure completion in a timely manner.  This is usually completed in one day for normal projects, but up to a week or more for larger jobs.

No.  All of our work is done by hand.  The owner is on site from start to finish to ensure the best install possible. No heavy machinery is ever used.

Yes, we offer a 5-year guarantee on moon lighting systems.  There is a lifetime warranty on halogen lighting systems.  Our light bulbs are guaranteed for one full year.  These will be explained in greater detail at your consultation.

Lights are a visual thing.  There many pieces that come together to make your landscape lighting design work perfectly.  We do use the best products on the market and our staff is professional, but a lighting system may require maintenance from time to time. Because we use the best, our halogen bulbs typically last 2 to 5 years depending on usage. Moonlighting bulbs typically last 5 – 10 years, also depending on usage.

The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and all surrounding areas of north Texas. However, Artisan has installed lighting systems in other states and can travel outside of Texas for larger projects.
